Beginning out of a pick-up truck with a barbecue grille and friendly spirit, Buster's BBQ of Calistoga grew into a locals favorite in Napa Valley. His dream came true with the construction of a small cafe and screened-in dining room serving a variety of grilled meats, fresh vegetables and oysters in a no-frills atmosphere. The intrepid proprietor recently added an open-air music stage behind the cafe that hosts top-flight live bands. It is a hit with Calistoga neighbors and visitors who can't resist dancing to blues rhythms.
